How to do this

1. Set up containers to catch the UAE's occasional rain, or scale up condensation collection.
2. Position them to catch runoff — under a drainpipe or sloped surface.
3. Cover them to keep them clean and reduce evaporation.
4. Use the water for the garden.
5. Photograph your harvesting setup.
